Our Story
Sunshine and Good Vibes was born from a desire to become more — not instead of being a mother and a wife, but in addition to it.
I devoted myself to raising my children, and while motherhood is one of my greatest blessings, I felt a quiet calling inside me. I wanted to grow. I wanted to feel empowered. I wanted balance — in my body, in my mind, and in my spirit.
I went back to school to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, stepping into a version of myself that felt stronger and more capable. But it was during COVID, at a time when the world felt uncertain and heavy, that Reiki came into my life. It arrived exactly when I needed it most.
Reiki opened a door. That door led to energy medicine, yoga, herbal wisdom, and a deeper understanding of the nervous system. Over time, I began to see how all these modalities interconnect. They are not separate paths — they weave together beautifully. And through them, I learned how to truly calm my nervous system and return to myself.
Sunshine and Good Vibes is the reflection of that journey.
Today, it is my pleasure to support members of my community — men and women — with the tools I have gathered along the way. My intention is not to “fix,” but to empower. To share what has helped me find steadiness, resilience, and clarity, so others can feel that same sense of balance within themselves.
This work is personal. It is lived. And it is offered with heart.

Reiki
Experience energy healing and balance with Reiki sessions
Service Description
Reiki is a relaxing healing method where the practitioner connects with the universal energy as a channel and uses their hands , intention and eyes toward sending healing to the client. The client and practitioner engage in a chat before the session to discuss what needs to be worked on.The practitioner places their hands on the client or hover their hands on the field of the client if touch is uncomfortable at different areas of the body, usually on the chakras or painful area of the body. Music is usually added to help in the relaxation process. Reiki is wonderful to help relieve stress, anxiety, and boost self healing. After the session, the practitioner and client have a chat about what the client experienced during the session. During an online session, the practitioner and client have a chat over zoom or google meet, the client lie down and relax at home and the practitioner connects with the client 's energy field the same way it would in person.The session end with a chat as previously explained for the face to face session.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of 25% of the total amount for the service will be requested for cancellation that are between 24 hours and 1 hour of the session. Thank you for this important matter.
