Sunshine and Good Vibes

Our Story
Sunshine and Good Vibes was born from a desire to become more — not instead of being a mother and a wife, but in addition to it.
I devoted myself to raising my children, and while motherhood is one of my greatest blessings, I felt a quiet calling inside me. I wanted to grow. I wanted to feel empowered. I wanted balance — in my body, in my mind, and in my spirit.
I went back to school to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, stepping into a version of myself that felt stronger and more capable. But it was during COVID, at a time when the world felt uncertain and heavy, that Reiki came into my life. It arrived exactly when I needed it most.
Reiki opened a door. That door led to energy medicine, yoga, herbal wisdom, and a deeper understanding of the nervous system. Over time, I began to see how all these modalities interconnect. They are not separate paths — they weave together beautifully. And through them, I learned how to truly calm my nervous system and return to myself.
Sunshine and Good Vibes is the reflection of that journey.
Today, it is my pleasure to support members of my community — men and women — with the tools I have gathered along the way. My intention is not to “fix,” but to empower. To share what has helped me find steadiness, resilience, and clarity, so others can feel that same sense of balance within themselves.
This work is personal. It is lived. And it is offered with heart.

The Creator path 12-weeks immersion
Beginning August 2026
Limited to 8 women
A gentle path back to yourself.
A 12-week intimate journey for women, integrating nervous system tools, restorative yoga, self-healing practices, and community support in Smyrna.
The Creator Path is the foundation of my work at Sunshine & Good Vibes.
It is built on a simple truth:
When the body feels safer, we think more clearly, respond more calmly, and live more intentionally.
This program supports women navigating stress, life transitions, hormonal shifts, emotional overwhelm, or simply a desire to feel more steady and empowered.
It is practical.
It is grounded.
It is spiritual in a way that stays connected to the body.
This is not therapy.
It is a trauma-aware, educational and experiential journey designed to give you tools you can use for life.
What We Practice
Regulation
You will learn how your nervous system works and how to support it using simple, accessible tools.
Through breathwork, grounding, restorative and gentle movement practices, we build resilience from the bottom up.
Embodiment
Using soft asanas, mindful strength, somatic awareness, and integration practices, we reconnect to the body without pressure or performance.
This is not vinyasa.
It is restorative, steady, and supportive.
Energy & Self-Healing
The program begins with Reiki Level 1 training.
You will learn:
• Self-healing techniques
• How to offer Reiki to others
• Energy hygiene before and after sessions
• Foundations of chakras, aura, and meridians
Reiki exchanges are woven throughout the 12 weeks.
You will also have access to curated sound healing recordings to support integration between gatherings.
Empowerment
We integrate both bottom-up (body-based) and top-down (awareness-based) approaches.
Inspired by nervous system science and the Triangle of TED, we gently shift from survival patterns toward personal responsibility, clarity, and creative choice.
Connection
We gather in circle, in nature, and in community.
This includes mindful movement outdoors, reflective practices, and shared integration.
Regulation deepens in relationship.
