Sunshine and Good Vibes

Our Story
Sunshine and Good Vibes was born from a desire to become more — not instead of being a mother and a wife, but in addition to it.
I devoted myself to raising my children, and while motherhood is one of my greatest blessings, I felt a quiet calling inside me. I wanted to grow. I wanted to feel empowered. I wanted balance — in my body, in my mind, and in my spirit.
I went back to school to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, stepping into a version of myself that felt stronger and more capable. But it was during COVID, at a time when the world felt uncertain and heavy, that Reiki came into my life. It arrived exactly when I needed it most.
Reiki opened a door. That door led to energy medicine, yoga, herbal wisdom, and a deeper understanding of the nervous system. Over time, I began to see how all these modalities interconnect. They are not separate paths — they weave together beautifully. And through them, I learned how to truly calm my nervous system and return to myself.
Sunshine and Good Vibes is the reflection of that journey.
Today, it is my pleasure to support members of my community — men and women — with the tools I have gathered along the way. My intention is not to “fix,” but to empower. To share what has helped me find steadiness, resilience, and clarity, so others can feel that same sense of balance within themselves.
This work is personal. It is lived. And it is offered with heart.

What is Reiki

Reiki the Usui method
Reiki is a complementary, energy-based practice that supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Originating in Japan through the Usui Method, Reiki works with what is traditionally referred to as “universal life force energy” — understood both as a spiritual concept and as a framework for facilitating deep relaxation and restoration.
From a nervous system perspective, Reiki sessions are designed to gently support a shift from sympathetic activation (fight-or-flight) into parasympathetic states associated with safety, repair, and social engagement. Through light, non-invasive touch or hands held slightly above the body, the practitioner creates conditions that may enhance vagal tone, support emotional regulation, and promote physiological coherence.
Clients commonly report:
-
Reduced stress and muscular tension
-
Improved emotional balance
-
Greater mental clarity
-
A felt sense of safety, grounding, and connection
While Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, it is frequently used as a complementary modality to support integrative care. It can be beneficial for individuals experiencing stress-related symptoms, burnout, transitional life periods, or seeking deeper mind-body alignment.
Sessions are conducted in a professional, trauma-informed environment with respect for boundaries, consent, and each individual’s belief system. Reiki may be experienced as both a restorative nervous system practice and a gentle spiritual support, depending on the client’s orientation and intention.

Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.

Thetahealing
ThetaHealing® is a meditative modality developed by Vianna Stibal that works with subconscious belief patterns through guided meditation and focused inquiry.
In my practice, ThetaHealing is offered as part of an integrative session and may be combined with Reiki or other energy-based approaches, depending on the client’s needs and intentions. It is introduced thoughtfully to support clarity, perspective, and personal growth.
Through guided meditation, clients are guided into a deeply relaxed state often associated with theta brainwave activity. In this state, many people find it easier to access insight, shift limiting thought patterns, and connect with a greater sense of inner awareness.
Applied kinesiology (muscle testing) may be used as a feedback tool during sessions. This gentle technique is intended to help identify stress responses in the body that may be associated with certain beliefs, patterns, or emotional programs. It is used as a supportive awareness tool rather than as a diagnostic method.
Sessions may explore beliefs shaped by personal experiences, family influences, or spiritual perspectives — always honoring the client’s comfort level and belief system.
When integrated with Reiki or energy medicine, ThetaHealing supports both reflective awareness and energetic balance, offering a holistic mind-body-spirit approach. Some sessions focus primarily on energy work, while others incorporate belief exploration. Each session is individualized and collaborative.
ThetaHealing and applied kinesiology are complementary wellness practices and are not substitutes for medical or psychological care

Eden Energy Medecine
Eden Energy Medicine®, developed by Donna Eden, works with the body’s subtle energy systems to restore balance, vitality, and flow. Drawing from ancient healing traditions — including the meridians of Chinese medicine and the chakra system — this approach recognizes that the body is supported by interconnected energetic pathways that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
In my sessions, I work directly with these energy systems to help clear stagnation, strengthen weakened areas, and encourage harmonious flow. When energy moves freely, many people experience greater clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Techniques may include:
-
Activating and balancing energy points on the body
-
Tracing and smoothing meridian pathways to support energetic circulation
-
Working with radiant circuits and foundational energy grids to strengthen the system
-
Gentle movement or positioning to enhance energetic flow
-
Applied kinesiology (muscle testing) as a feedback tool to identify energetic stress patterns or imbalances
Energy Medicine sessions are intuitive yet structured, supporting the body’s natural healing intelligence. This work may be offered on its own or integrated with Reiki and ThetaHealing® for a deeper mind–body–spirit experience.
Black pearl sanctuary
The black pearl sanctuary is a session where the practitioner works on a set of neurovascular holding points to bring relief from stress. This technique has a strong influence on the meridian called triple warmer who affects the fight or flight effect or freeze response in the body. The Black pearl helps decrease the stress chemicals by boosting the blood flow and stabilizing the nervous system.
Electrics
An Electrics session is a deeply healing treatment using points in the body that activate electric circuits. it is beneficial for nervous disorders like Parkinson and MS. It is recommended when feeling disoriented, or disconnected with our own energy. It is healing after an accident or surgery by providing a catalyst for the body to recover.
Spinal flush
This technique helps calm the nervous system, flush the toxins and removes any stagnancy by stimulatin the neurolymphatic points along the spine. It also helps balance the meridians associated with those points and the organs,
The Five rhythms/elements
The 5 elements, water, wood, fire , earth and metal are in integral part of our emotional, and physical energy balance. The practitioner will guide you in finding your dominant element, describe its physical and emotional characteristics and balance the meridians associated to their rhythms.
Chakras and Aura
Chakra clearing and balancing help regulate your hormones, balance the body chemistry, improves mental acuity and overall health. The practitioner will use counterclockwise and clockwise movements to remove stagnant energy and move the flow from the 1st chakra to the 7th chakra. The aura and chakras are deeply connected within 7 layers, often the practitioner will find a weakness in one of the layer represented in the chakras. Using applied kinesiology, the practitioner determine which layers is in need of attention. The protocols used are the celtic weave and the Tibetan Energy Rings.

Quantum Energy Medicine Healing
Quantum Energy Medicine integrates energy medicine principles, consciousness-based tools, and coaching frameworks to support holistic wellbeing. This approach works with the body’s energetic systems to identify patterns that may contribute to physical, emotional, or mental stress.
A component of this work includes the use of Codes of Consciousness—structured energetic tools designed to focus intention and streamline specific protocols. These codes are used to support efficiency and precision within sessions, helping to target particular systems while maintaining a whole-person perspective.
This work complements—not replaces—foundational knowledge of energetic pathways and self-regulation practices. It supports clients in shifting limiting patterns, restoring balance, and strengthening their capacity for resilience and ongoing personal growth.

YOGA
Yoga is an ancient, holistic system that supports wellbeing of the body, mind, and spirit. Beyond movement, it offers practical tools for awareness, balance, and resilience. Through my own nervous system healing journey, I’ve experienced yoga as a pathway to regulation and embodied stability. I offer Yin and Restorative practices—gentle, evidence-informed approaches that cultivate deep rest, safety, and sustainable inner balance.
Community herbalist

As a community herbalist, I offer accessible, plant-based support rooted in local, sustainable practice. My work blends traditional folk wisdom with modern, ethical care, creating space for women and families to reconnect with the healing intelligence of nature.
Through small-group workshops, one-on-one guidance, and handcrafted remedies, I focus on prevention, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and resilience. I work with familiar, often locally sourced plants—keeping herbal medicine practical, empowering, and within reach.
This is about remembering what our grandmothers knew… and bringing it into today’s world with integrity.
